An individual housing contract is a per-room housing contract, meaning you are only responsible for your monthly installment payments! This helps eliminate any worry about your roommates making their monthly installment payments on time.
You may pay your monthly installment payments online and set up recurring payments for easy billing! You may also drop off a physical check at our leasing office!
Our apartments near FSU cater to Seminoles’ academic schedules! Our housing contracts last for 12 months, beginning in early August and ending in late July, so our housing contracts coincide with Florida State University’s academic calendar.
Monthly installment payments are due on the first (1st) of every month and are considered late is received after 9 a.m. on the fourth (4th).
